Well it actually seems as though winter is finally at an end and oh how I long for warmer weather! After watching OPI's next installment of 'Grease' collection I went back to Madame President plus Ciate's holo 'twinkle toes' for a unique combo. I taped the holo onto went Madame President so each nail is different. I then added a top coat and when it had dried I washed my hands to get rid of the extra holo - Christine would be proud (I hope!)
